Wednesday, December 26, 2018 - Tasted over the course of 2 days. As you’d expect not much difference between the two days. Not much mellowing with a full day of air. Forceful raisiny attack, tons of caramel, a heady spice mix, Turkish coffee, dates. Nose strong enough to rip your head off. Mouthfeel light as air - not a trace of cloying heaviness. Indestructible: you could keep this for another century without fear if you wanted your descendants to have. A great experience.
