Wednesday, December 16, 2009 - Dark purple. Dominant liquorice nose with fresh concentrated dark fruits and stewed plums. Still a small bit of clumsy oak, but almost all gone. Very hot, but quite well balanced with smooth tannins. Amazingly fresh for it's age. Keep for at least another 5 years.
