Monday, November 24, 2014 - Not a lot of fruit on entry to the mouth—typical LS blackberry notes, but not in your face. Fairly light-bodied for a red (let alone a Ridge LS), but an enjoyable wine to drink. There is still acid backbone, here, but tannins are, pretty much, gone. This one is pretty smooth until I get a slight taste of alcohol at the very back of the palate.
