Wednesday, July 27, 2011 - Light yellow color. Aromas of citrus, beeswax, white flowers and a touch of kerosine. Ripe, highly structured intense fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and length and the beginnings of an oily texture. Refreshingly, this wine is still a baby! After so many "pre-moxed" white Burgundies in the past few years I opened this bottle for my guests with some trepidation. Some of my faith is restored in white Burgundy but I realize Bonneau du Martray is known for producing long-lived wines. Bravo Bonneau du Martray!
