Wednesday, December 12, 2012 - Bang in-between the prior two bottles from this lot. Pale maize colored. Nose is fully rounded out, a beautiful ball of lemon juice, squash blossom, honey and buttered corn bread. On the palate, enters smooth, with a mellow citrus note before adding a bit of freshly cut grass and a final acid zing on the end. Lovely, mature white Burgundy.
