Saturday, August 17, 2013 - Cork failed to come out table side at Whisk n Ladle. Decanted 1/2 hour before drinking. Dark garnet in glass, no evid of bricking. Dark fruits subtle on nose. Dark fruit and earth on palate. Continued opening as the night wore on. Tannins present but soft. Nice balance. Good by itself and also good with food. Still alive and very well enjoyed tonight.
