Saturday, October 14, 2023 - Immaculate cork. Ripe, sweet, kirschy black fruit with nice grilled herb notes. Plenty of silky extract but the fruit has faded and not much has developed to replace it. Could use more acidity. Spiky and drying on the back end. A disappointing bottle.
