Friday, September 12, 2014 - PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs
-translucent light/med gold
-some initial reduction funk, slight lemon
-bracing acidity, quite sappy and almost creamy textured mid-palate with an essence of lemon, intense piercing finish with moderate length
-nearly explosive energy and tension, on the citrus side of classic Chablis, only a lack of complexity belies this is a humble Villages, baby fat has melted away and on a beautiful drinking plateau now
