Thursday, September 13, 2012 - Unlike a 2007 Cote de Bougerots a couple of weeks ago, this bottle was pristine and youthful. Drinking extremely well right now after a couple of hours open in the bottle. Lemon thyme, ripe apple, linden flower and oyster shell minerality, with very well-integrated oak spice. Complex on the palate, with a savory mineral quality to the white fruit and citrus flavors. Long finish. A great bottle.
