Friday, December 21, 2012 - This is beautiful Chablis. Rich, deep fruit with bright floral notes, green fruit, oyster shell and a crisp, mineral laden core. The depth and underlying tension in this wine are extraordinary tonight and there's a long, 60 second plus finish. Opened for about 3 hours before it really started to shine.
