Monday, December 3, 2018 - A wine that lacks for nothing; picture perfect Chablis and truly grand vin for the appellation in my opinion. Outrageously salty and minerally on the nose with vivid limestone impressions to the green apple and pear, lemon drop profile. Crunchy and uber precise in the mouth, but with density and drive. Long length. Incredibly vigorous at this stage but I suppose every bottle is different. I'd love to follow it for many years to come.
