Monday, December 3, 2018 - My last and best bottle of three (much bottle variation here and from what I read here): very effusive and floral nose with classic Chablis apple, pungent and briney sea air, then lime kicks in. Very full bodied with dry extract, flinty with a kick of acidity that carries through to a very long finish. Crunchy and rich at the same time, beautiful tension as required in any great Chablis. Best bottle by far; I opened it for Xavier 94 so he could help me understand why all the wine gurus raved about it on release. But this time the wine spoke for itself! John liked this one a little more than I did but it's good for 94 pts
