Monday, April 28, 2014 - Really liked this. Fresh citrus and stone fruit flavours tinged with stony and saline mineral notes, and a finish that's like rainwater over stones. Very pure and refreshing, perhaps just a touch on the soft side for Chablis, but still lovely.
