Sunday, September 17, 2023 - Color goes all the way to the rim and is a dark red/purple

Loads of graphite shavings, cassis, baking spices, white and black pepper, and dark flowers. A solid background of saddle leather and blonde cigar wrapper also. Hints of eucalyptus come through also

Mouthfeel is smooth with well integrated tannins and a long floral finish
