Saturday, February 6, 2021 - Method: blind; 65 degrees; Grassl Liberte glass

Look: deep copper; very fast, skinny legs

Nose: rose, strawberry, white pepper

Palate: dried herbs, floral, strawberry, grapefruit, cherry; medium finish of something bitter and mineral; dry; light body; low- tannin; high- acid

Overall thoughts: I don't like the overall flavor and definitely don't like the bitterness on the finish, but this is otherwise pleasantly light and refreshing, with good acidity. Mediocre wine.
