Sunday, May 17, 2009 - Hey there, what's this? A lovely expression of Gamay - strawberries, red cherries, damp earth, swirling florality. Lively fruit in the mouth along with a palate refreshing acidity, lightly grasping tannins and a bed of minerality. If this is what the AOC folks declassify to Vin de Table as being non-typical, gimme more of that. Every $15 wine should be this energizing. Great QPR, great food wine!
