Saturday, February 3, 2018 - Hazy garnet in the glass. Nose and palate of red apple peel, red cherry, rose petals. Fruit forward, but not a bomb by any stretch. Medium full body. Medium acidity. Medium plus tannins that assert themselves fully on the finish. Heavier than expected for a Grenache, but that just makes this all the more satisfying especially eleven years on. Pork roast is the order of the evening. Thanks, Peter!
