Wednesday, December 21, 2011 - I couldn't keep my mind -- or my hands -- off Pali. I was going to save this last bottle, age it and cherish it in about a year. No chance. The bright ruby, seductive nose, and luxuriant palate just called to me. I gave in. And I'm thrilled that I did. What a triumph of a Pinot noir!
