Monday, April 12, 2021 - Pours a dark cloudy purple with notes of red raspberry compote on the nose. The palate has dense, sweet red fruit backed up by savory notes of soy and leather. As the last reviewer noted, it definitely has a mature quality, but with a nice balancing acidity giving promise of more years ahead, but with the savory notes taking the wheel in the future.
