Sunday, April 24, 2005 - Light to medium gold color. Classicly Chablis nose with lots of minerality and wet stone, and lemony fruit (and guava notes?) on the nose. The palate is a little less classic.. lemon/lime fruit I sometimes associate with New Zealand Sauvignon, but on the mid-palte the fruit embeds itself comfortably in a mineral and acid structure that lends both focus and a clean stone/lemon aftertaste. Light to medium bodied, very refreshing and enjoyable. The finish rebounds and lingers for 25+ seconds.
