Friday, August 30, 2019 - Dark red color with hints of brown and a bit cloudy. Some dirt and citrus notes in the bouquet. At first the wine was a bit dry and harsh, but after a little while it revealed dark fruit, plenty of earth, some complexity, and manageable tannins. This bottle seemed slightly past its prime, but still a decent showing for the price point.
