Wednesday, December 22, 2021 - Christmas dinner in haute Savoie. Beautiful golden Color. Tasting it from a jeroboam, bottle 29 out of 145. Brioche, citrus, Peach, Cream, white pepper, on the nose. Med acidity, Med body, Med alcohol, Med flavor intensity, Med+ finish. Very nicely balanced, a lot of brioche and pain de mie, a light citrusy note, red apples, roasted pineapple, creaminess and salinity. tasting excellent now so happy I kept it a bit longer in the cave.
