Saturday, November 28, 2009 - Intense to the degree of moderate volatility. The bouquet explodes with raspberry, wild berry and currant flavors. On the palate the fruit is overshadowed by harsh tannins. Previous vintages have shown significantly better at this young age. Although this did manage to show some improvement by the third day, at least two additional years of bottle age appear necessary.
