Monday, December 27, 2010 - Deep lemony colour. Soft and sweet nose with tropical fruits, pear and ripe sweet citrus fruit. Palate was elegant, medium bodied with very good integration of oak, not overpowering almost lean but very well balanced. Not a boring Chardonnay, more elegance than power, and on the ripe side.
