Saturday, January 19, 2019 - Still drinking well especially out of the magnum we had. Definitely not a lightweight Pinot but it seems as if winemaker Ed was able to tame the robust SLH AVA fruit. Bold but still packing enough acidity to pair well with smoked pork sliders tonigh.
