Saturday, January 24, 2015 - The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like raspberry. It tastes like raspberry and black currant (cassis).
The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity. It was wonderful. We had it with duck and they complimented each other. I have to get more
