Tuesday, January 21, 2020 - Overwhelming nose and taste of cooked mushrooms to start. Opened up over an hour, showing good acidity, red fruit, mushrooms, earth and aged balsamic notes. Not nearly as good as the incredible '05 Willamette Valley last year, but enjoyable. One more bottle left, should drink fairly soon.
