Sunday, December 6, 2020 - I loved this wine, and knowing its youth, I double decanted it. Fully opaque blackish-red color and full bodied. Nose dark ripe fruits like plum and black cherry. Very powerful and concentrated nose, maybe still a little young. Silky smooth with a great balance full of earthiness, smoke and fruit. Has some good depth. Paired very well with a venison saddle. Enjoy now or you could wait 10 more years.
