Monday, July 30, 2018 - Medium golden color raised anxiety, but the nose was merely "full term" showing complex mature qualities (very well described by Eudemis in his note below). The combination of classy richness and the adept touch of that Drouhin acidity that I always find in their wines, makes this wine great for drinking now (and not for keeping too much longer!)
