Tuesday, November 24, 2009 - As with the 'Baudines' plenty of struck match and some toasty oak notes (pain grille if I’m not mistaken) to kick off with but then some piercing citrus and pure white peach come to the fore. In the mouth it is very focused and direct with a high tensile, taut, mineral spine that is sheathed by a micron of fat. I love the energy of this wine and how sharp and clear all of its aromas and flavours are.
