Sunday, March 8, 2009 - Popped and poured. Black-purple color that coated the glass. Initial vegetal aroma faded fast to nose of dark plum and pencil shavings. A lot of plum, cassis and those pencil shavings on the palate. Long finish with east tannins and some tobacco. Nice QPR.
