Wednesday, November 7, 2018 - 2018 Villa d’Este Wine Symposium – Kelly, RJ, Justin and Kevin's excellent adventure; 11/7/2018-11/11/2018 (Villa D’este, Lake Como): Golden yellow and the nose reflects it. Medium expressive slightly oxidative nose displaying dry yellow fruit, dry apricot, dry orange peel, raisin, white grape juice, a hint of petrol, nutmeg and cooper. Fully integrated palate, subtle dry yellow fruit, good acidity, excellent steely mineral and a medium to long dry yellow fruit driven finish with a hint of sherry at the end. If you are into yellow wine, you will appreciate this more than me.
