Saturday, December 2, 2023 - Gourmetklubbens femtiosjunde middag hemma hos P+H: Tema Italienskt (P+H, Södermalm): (Disgorged in February 2015, base year 2008 without reserves, 100% Chardonnay from Cramant)
Lovely lemons, chalk and minerals on the tight and youthful nose with a nice and acidic candied lemon citrus driven palate. Smoothing finish where the youthful citrus acidity comes back again. Still very tight and focused on youthful citrus notes, should get better with some more cellar time..
