Friday, January 17, 2020 - Dark rusty red; powerful somewhat jammy nose with lots of blackberry; extremely powerful wine, lots of alcohol, hefty, marmelade, strong fat acidic aftertaste; a monster wine; too much to my taste, perhaps it will mellow / integrate better over time (?) Was better some years ago, perhaps in an awkward phase, surely will come back
