Saturday, July 24, 2021 - Well into my third case of this fabulous wine which is obviously a favorite. There has been puddle variation but this has got to be one of the best. Decanted at the restaurant (Joe’s, Chicago) and enjoyed a bottle of Loire Sauvignon Blanc before drinking this with a (shared) 30oz Porterhouse. Virtually perfect in every way. Big floral nose led to more taste complexity than I can describe. Four more left and I hope they are like this.
