Saturday, August 28, 2021 - Medium ruby appearance - losing color at the rim though.

Evolved and "subtle" nose of cherry fruit, garrigue, balsamic notes and Asian spice. The aromas are there, but it take a lot of coaxing to get them out- suggesting this wine is starting to get to wrong side of the aging curve.

Full bodied with medium minus acidity and no noticeable tannin. Flavor concentration is good, but markedly less than bottles opened in the past (this is bottle 6 of a half case purchased on release).

Overall still delicious, but time to drink up.
