Thursday, June 9, 2011 - Made with 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot the fruit for this wine comes from higher elevations in the Santa Cruz mountains. Deep ruby in colour, the nose shows liquorice, mocha and coffee. The palate is full bodied with plenty of ripe and fleshy dark berry fruit and leather. The finish is long and dusty.
