Sunday, April 11, 2021 - Decanted. Took 30 minutes to one hour to fully open up and all the fruit to emerge. Unlike the previous review no stewed notes. What I would expect from a mature CDP. Very smooth with no heat. Lingering finish. I am happy where this wine is so will likely drink my last bottle this year.
