Sunday, September 24, 2017 - Consumed over more than one week (vacumized and stored in fridge). Surprisingly the wine seemed older (notes of oxidation?!?) in the beginning than after one week (I already thought about getting rid of the remaining 6 bottles...). So finally happy still having 6 bottles and definitively no reason to rush. Rather wait or give enough time to breath before consumption.
