Friday, May 6, 2022 - It’s a beauty that has gracefully aged and was a hit with the chicken and red wine mushroom sauce (ok, we through in some ramps too, in season mind you). Cassis and dark fruit on the nose. The tannins are aging with grace but still have some life, and the fruit is muted but begonias and earthy almost mushroom quality surrounds your palate with much satisfaction.
