Sunday, January 14, 2024 - Initially full of Brett and stewed, but after 30 minutes settled into a very nice place. Licorice, graphite, plum, resolved tannins. Went great with cassoulet, matched the earthy flavors. Some hints of cherry. Not a very strong nose. Day 2 was more stewed and faded dramatically. Drink up!
