Monday, July 2, 2012 - This bottle opens very tight, with little fruit or earth. Gradually after about two hours open, it began a little more in the nose, but the flavors and textures have exploded into an intense smoothness, with both acidity and velvet texture. The finish is long with plum, citrus zest and and starfruit.
