This bottle was double decanted for sediment around an hour and a half before it was served. This was drinking quite well. Much more primary than most of the other bottles of rouge, primarily cherry and dried red fruit with tannins still playing a prominent role on the palate and a slightly lifted characteristic (perhaps a small dose of VA).
