Tuesday, June 25, 2019 - Half bottle. Has full aromas of baked raspberries, strawberries, fig, leather, chalk and orange peel hints. Its medium to full bodied structured yet silky a bit animally freshly fruited black and red fruits palate has a little volatile acidity. Ends longish, fresh and impressive. 14%. Can be laid down 10 years+. Needs 4-5 hours aeration.
