Thursday, September 30, 2021 - Small birthday dinner.
Out of bottle: medium ruby with garnet at rim. Heady nose. Perfumed VA slight Brett brown fig oxidation and blackberry jam. So unbelievably good. Rich and ripe tamari. So good I just put a cork back in and put it back in the refrigerator.

Aromatic and assertive at dinner. Definitely a bolder style. More fruit than earth - for Musar, a cleaner style. So enjoyable and just singing.
