Friday, June 26, 2020 - 醒酒器醒了一个小时,中式香料,克制的飘散氤氲,轻微的油感,具有个性的气味,酸笋的微臭,行进细微且克制。随后扩展为微妙的黑果,带有细粉质感。入口中等偏轻,干净,单宁较弱,细幼且分布均匀,山楂,红果,构成了干净清秀的果味,内敛的甜味从头到尾线性穿行,如同小溪一般,前段较紧,中后段比较集中,有甘草,西梅,薄荷干碎,余韵长,很雅致。 两小时后,不悦的味道消失,干净起来,出现带有油感的烘烤芝麻香气。入口变得更加顺畅,如同浮动的绸缎一般均匀地释放着果味,后段娇嫩的花瓣很棒。91/100
