Monday, December 28, 2015 - Pop and pour. Extremely attractive nose. Balance to die for. Not in the least bit hot like most of the 07 Rhone's. It used to be hot and stereotypical of the 07's, but not this one. Very enjoyable. Not boring. I look forward to the whole bottle, not just one glass. Lucky I guess.
