Sunday, December 10, 2017 - Dark red color, rustic in style,bone dry, with earthy notes and minerals, very tart wild cherries,dried blood, and dusty tannins. Needs food to bring out its flavors and soften the tannins. (I stood it upright in my cellar for months, then decanted it, and it's still tannic after 11 years.)
