Friday, July 10, 2020 - From memory, as expected fuller than a dry German riesling, and also a little less acidic. So the texture and feel is more mainstream while of course the flavors are all of the variety. Tasty, balanced, and not too much for lighter foods. Enjoyed with crab cakes.
