Sunday, February 25, 2024 - Crusty sediment, brick orange rim, ruby centre. Forest floor nose initially, but ripe fruit follows. Dry in the mouth, but a great burst of fruit in the middle and as you swallow. Lingering impression is raisin, lasts for minutes. Lovely. Subtle. Four years left of recommended drinking window and one bottle left !
